Federal Procurement Website (buyandsell.gc.ca) Outage
December 14, 2021 — Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has become aware of a cyber security vulnerability affecting organizations around the world. As a precaution, they have proactively taken down some services including the buyandsell.gc.ca website.
Moving forward, PSPC is working to minimize the impact of this outage and return the service as soon as possible. CANS has been advised that any changes to tenders during this time will be available once the site is back up and should include closing date extensions. CANSnet will be updated once we gain access to this information.
While a timeline for resolution is currently pending, CANS will continue to share updates as more details become available.
