About the Project:
The Halifax Transition House Association’s (HTHA) largest program, Bryony House is the oversight and operation of a 24-bed emergency shelter for women, with or without children leaving situations of intimate partner abuse in HRM and surrounding areas.
The Work of this project includes construction of a wood frame 3-storey approximately 16,000 SF (including a developed basement) building for the HTHA (Owner), which will be located on Lot 5A 112 Tacoma Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In addition to the wood frame facility, the work includes identified site works and related landscaping. The 3-storey facility also includes a below grade (finished basement) floor to be used for service and storage purposes.
